About Reema
Hey, I'm so glad you're here! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 8 years of experience helping women move better, feel stronger, and actually enjoy the process.
But more than any certification, what shapes the way I coach is lived experience. I'm a 33-year-old mom of two, and I know firsthand what it feels like when your body doesn't feel like yours anymore — when life gets heavy and you can barely recognize the woman staring back at you.
Fitness didn't just change my body. At one of the hardest seasons of my life, it genuinely saved me. It gave me back my energy, my confidence, and a sense of who I am outside of everyone else's needs. That's the kind of transformation I show up to create for every woman I work with.
I work with busy women who are done putting themselves last. Women who want to feel strong, capable, and like themselves again — not someday, but now.
