By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Bodied By Reema (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free visitors, app members, and 1:1 coaching clients.

Bodied By Reema provides digital fitness programming, habit and progress tracking, educational content, and optional 1:1 coaching with Reema. Features, content, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or harm other users or coaches.

Paid memberships and coaching plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Bodied By Reema is a fitness and wellness service, not a medical provider. The workouts, nutrition guidance, and educational content are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your limits and stopping if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Coaching is a guidance and accountability service. Your coach is not your physician, dietitian, therapist, or healthcare provider. Recommendations are based on the information you share and the data you log; accuracy and outcomes depend on your honest participation.

You may upload photos, measurements, messages, and other content to the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Service and deliver your coaching experience. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

All workouts, videos, guides, branding, and software in the Service are owned by Bodied By Reema or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use them for your own training. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use this content to train others or to build a competing product.

• Sharing your account or content with non-subscribers.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users, coaches, or staff.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• Using the Service to provide your own coaching or fitness business.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific physical, aesthetic, or performance results. Individual outcomes depend on effort, consistency, genetics, and many other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodied By Reema, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would expose us to legal or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bodied By Reema operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
